3-6 Month Holistic Health, Diet, and Weight Loss Coaching Package A health and Wellness coach is a trained professional who helps you make changes that support your health. A health coach will help you make lifestyle changes to improve your physical and emotional health. Health coaches help you stay accountable as you make meaningful changes related to physical activity. nutrition, weight management, stress management, smoking and other forms of tobacco use, and sleep. Together you and your health coach, will sort out where to start and find ways to make small changes that grow over time. This Holistic Health and Wellness Package includes: -Free Consultation -1 60-minute health and wellness coaching session weekly (notes included) -Goal setting -Create Plan of Action- Include strategies for achieving the set goals, such as dietary changes, exercise routines, or stress management techniques. -Provide personalized meal planning guidance tailored to taste and dietary preference. -Provide healthy recipes tailored to taste and dietary preference. -Provide personalized cheat sheets -Progress Monitoring -Email Support x 4 months -Emergency support call when needed -Workbook/Journal -1/2 Gallon Water Jug - Exercise Mat
Cancellation Policy
"We understand that unexpected situations arise. To respect our therapists' time and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. If a client fails to show up for their appointment without any prior notification, they are considered a "no-show" No-shows will be charged the full session fee," There are some exceptions for emergencies, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances. These exceptions are often handled on a case-by-case basis.
